What forms of payment do you take?
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. We also accept all major Credit Cards, Money Orders, and Cashier checks. For international customers we also accept wire transfers, however you would need to contact our office after placing the order, so we can provide you with additional information. For an extended payment plan, we also offer layaway. All methods of payment must successfully process prior to shipping your merchandise.
Can you tell me about your layaway program?
Our layaway program is quite simple. You can check out with the item in which you are interested on our website and select the layaway option as your method of payment. You will be given the option to be auto-billed twice monthly (on the 1st and 15th of the month) through PayPal. Please note, we charge a $14.95 layaway servicing fee per payment, and shipping is divided to be included in each payment as well. If you are under an auto-bill plan and you change accounts, please notify our office immediately so we are able to update your layaway account and ensure your order. For items exceeding $2000 we are happy to extend layaway to a 90-day period, however you will need to contact our office for a written agreement. If you prefer your layaway payment to be auto-billed to your Major Credit Card or paid through Money Order or Cashier's Check, please contact out office as well. Returns are accepted for layaway items within 3 days of receipt of merchandise for exchange or store credit only. Shipping costs, customs/duties, and all layaway fees incurred are non-refundable or transferable. To accommodate exchanges or store credits, all original tags must remain attached. Items without security tags will not be accepted for exchange or store credit. Items marked as final sale are ineligible for exchange or store credit. Please carefully review all items prior to purchase. (Please see the "What is your return policy?" section) For layaway cancellations, the first payment is non-transferable and non-refundable. All associated fees are non-refundable. In the case of layaway cancellations due to non-payment, the customer is ineligible for a refund. Any and all missed payments will be charged an additional late fee of $14.95 per missed payment, unless otherwise agreed upon terms are met with the Bella Bag staff. How long do I have to pay for my bag?
Payments must be received within four (4) days of the order. If payment is not received after four (4) days, the sale is cancelled and the item is placed back on the website for sale. Given the unique nature of our products, in that no two are the same, you should not hesitate to make your purchase, you do not want to miss out on these great deals! If you are interested in an item, but need additional time to make payment, you may want to try our layaway plan.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge flat rate shipping costs, which we have found to greatly benefit our customers overall! Please review the shipping rates below, and find the best option that works for you. Standard Domestic $9.95 Expedited Domestic $14.95 International $38.95 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive free shipping on your order, a standard $15 flat fee will be deducted from the balance of your refund or credit.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We are legally bound to charge a 7% sales tax to customers with a shipping address in the state of Florida only.
I am an international customer, and I am very concerned about the additional costs of duties, customs, or taxes. What extra costs will I incur? Can my purchase be labeled with a lower value or as a "gift"?
We understand that paying taxes and any duties associated with a purchase as an international customer can be difficult and add costs to your package. However, in the United States, we are legally obligated by our Postal System to correctly label items at the correct value. What this means is that we are unable to incorrectly or “mistakenly” labels items as a gift or with a lower value. Packages will be marked as a “used item” and we will only indicate the purchase price on the exterior shipping label (this will not include the shipping costs or the original retail price). What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit or refund. Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable. To accommodate store credits or refunds, all original tags must remain attached. Items without security tags will not be accepted for refund or store credit. Bella Bag stands behind the authenticity of each item, however if there s a problem with authenticity (which won't happen!), we will refund in full + any shipping cost incurred. Authenticity is 100% guaranteed. Bella Bag will utilize a 3rd party authenticator to determine authenticity in the case of disputes. The process can take up to 3 weeks and Bella Bag will honor the final decision. If the item is in fact authentic, the customer will need to provide return shipping costs. I'm interested in selling or consigning or trading my bag, what’s the process?
As far as selling a bag, we ask that you send us a few pictures of the item(s) you are looking to sell and complete the Sell Your Bag Form. Pictures should include front, back, bottom, handle, interior and all pertinent trade mark information for your item. Upon receipt of the form and pictures, we will provide you with three (3) figures: the amount we will BUY the item(s) for, the amount we can offer for a trade, and a CONSIGNMENT price. After accepting an offer, we will provide you with a prepaid UPS shipping label and schedule a UPS pickup. Upon receipt of the item(s) we will issue payment!
