Cassandra Connors: Founder & CEO

Cassandra Connors

As the Founder and CEO, Cassandra Connors began Bella Bag as an ebay-based business out of her bedroom when she was in her early twenties. Today, she has successfully grown the operations into a multi-million dollar business with the largest privately held collection of authentic luxury handbags and accessories in the United States. Under Connors’ guidance, Bella Bag has doubled revenues every year since 2010 and has grown an exceptional base of loyal customers and brand ambassadors internationally. In 2012, Connors launched Bella Bag retail with a Pilot store in Atlanta’s Miami Circle.  The store, without marketing or advertising, sold nearly $1 million in authentic luxury in year 1 alone. Cassandra was nicknamed the “Purse Purist” by MSN.com and was listed to the Power 30 under 30. She attended NYU and currently lives between New York City and Atlanta with her daughter.

 

Chelsea Mack: Director of Sales & Merchandising

Chelsea Mack is responsible for the daily functions and planning at Bella Bag. While at Florida State University, Chelsea majored in Retail Merchandising and Product Development. After graduation from Florida State University, Chelsea also studied at the prestigious Institute of Fashion Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. Her experience and studies have made Chelsea an indispensable part of our team at Bella Bag. Lindsey Mackanos: Controller

Lindsey Mackanos

Lindsey Mackanos is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she received her bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising. At Bella Bag, Lindsey is responsible for overseeing sales, finance, and accounting of the various sales platforms used by Bella Bag. Lindsey’s experience at the Parsons School of Design has also contributed to her expertise in the world of luxury and fashion. On a daily basis, Lindsey maintains the financial responsibilities of Bella Bag while also acting as a key player in the future development of our company. Linda Chher: Director of Buying & Procurement

Linda Chher

Linda Chher is a graduate of Emory University and most recently earned a degree in fashion marketing from American InterContinental University. She studied fashion marketing in the United States and in London, England. She has several years of experience in merchandise planning, product research, and retail sales. Autumn Jones: Sales Account Manager

Autumn Jones graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia Southern University in 2009. With a robust a background in Marketing & Advertising as well as Retail Sales, Autumn is Bella Bag's Channel Production Administrator and is responsible for producing for vintage sale events on Bella Bag's world class partnered e-commerce sites and works diligently each day inspecting product to ensure impeccable illustration and reflection on all sites globally. In addition, Autumn assists in pulling, packaging and logistics for approximately 500 pieces individually, monthly. Chelsey Selleck: Buying & Procurement Assistant 

Chelsey Selleck is a graduate of Towson University, where she majored in mass communication and minored in business. She also studied fashion and marketing in Florence, Italy. She moved to Atlanta after graduation in pursuit of a career in fashion. Ashleigh Williams: Sales & Merchandising Assistant

Ashleigh Williams is a recent graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors of Science in Fashion Merchandising Apparel Design. The recipient of multiple Deans List awards, Ashleigh had experience in all aspects of client facing services. At Bella Bag, Ashleigh works as the Bella Bag retail liaison and is also responsible for aspects of inventory management, shipping and logistics. Rachel Dinkins: Showroom Assistant Manager

Rachel Dinkins is a graduate from Savannah College of Art & Design. She began her career in the fashion industry over eight years ago and joined Bella Bag in early 2014. Rachel brings to the table her keen sense of style, strong brand knowledge and savvy eye for merchandising but also her expertise and commitment to delivering superior service that inspires her clients.  As the Bella Bag Showroom Assistant Manager, Rachel is tasked with assisting the showroom Manager and Team to deliver excellence in service and management. Rachael Pate: Omni-Channel Liaison 

Rachael Pate is a graduate of The University of Alabama where she received a Bachelors Degree in Fashion Merchandising with a concentration in Apparel Design. She also studied the History of Apparel Design in Florence, Italy at the Santa Reparata International School of Art. With years of experience working in retail and as a member of the CFDA Fashion Week Volunteer team, Rachael brings her passion for people, expertise in merchandising, and strong knowledge of fashion and its history to the Bella Bag showroom team. An Atlanta native, Rachael spends her free time dabbling in photography, writing, and volunteering for a local golden retriever rescue organization. Nicole Thaw: Jewelry Sales & Merchandising Assistant



Nicole Thaw is responsible for the daily functions and website maintenance of Bella Bag’s sister company, Bella Luxuries. While at Lynn University, Nicole majored in Broadcast Journalism while working in designer handbags at Saks Fifth Avenue. Nicole continued her education, completing her MBA with a specialization in Marketing. During this time, Nicole worked for luxury jewelry company, Van Cleef and Arpels. Nicole’s background in high end handbags and jewelry and her passion for fashion has assisted her greatly in her role with Bella Luxuries. Margaret Starkey: Retail Sales & Luxury Handbag Specialist 

As a Luxury Brand Specialist in the Buckhead store, Margaret's goal is to always create a personal experience for each customer, including the Bella Bag concept education. Before working with Bella Bag Margaret freelanced with NARS as an Esthetician/Makeup Artist so she absolutely enjoys the aesthetically pleasing things in life!  She believes that her eye for detail helps her to merchandise the store in a way that showcases each bag in a unique and special way.  Margaret spends part of her time liaising with the corporate team at Bella Bag is working on merchandising strategy as well as fulfillment.  Originally from Tennessee, Margaret has been residing in Atlanta for the last 10 years.
